Services
CyberGorilla provides custom software development, web application development, mobile app development, AI solutions, and related consulting services. Specific terms for each project are defined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom code developed specifically for their project. CyberGorilla retains rights to reuse general methodologies, tools, and techniques. Pre-existing code and third-party components remain subject to their original licenses.
Limitation of Liability
CyberGorilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
